Making the Tech Sellable

The real job was translation.

Solar. Sonnen batteries. Off-grid switching. Improved insulation. Net-zero performance. All of that matters, but only if buyers can understand it quickly.

So the icon set and sales sheets were designed as explainer tools first. Clean graphics, simple language, and clear hierarchy helped turn the home’s technical advantages into buyer-friendly benefits. The goal was to give the sales team something they could actually use — not just something that looked good in a folder.

The Challenge

The name leaned into the smart electric input behind the homes — solar energy, battery storage, and the technology that helped the home manage power more intelligently. It felt charged, modern, and compact enough to work as both a product name and a sales platform.

This was not about making sustainability feel precious or overly green. It was about making the future of homebuilding feel clear, bright, and desirable.

The System

The visual identity was built around a bright, optimistic energy story..

Baltic blue became the primary color, creating a clean blue-sky foundation. yellow green and bright amber added the feeling of sunlight, grass, and stored energy. In the logo, the amber dot over the “i” became a rising sun, while the green battery-like form grounded the mark in the technology and environmental promise of the homes.

We used Locator as the primary typeface for its balance of readability and modernity. It gave the system enough technical confidence without making it feel cold.

Photography focused on minimalist interiors and bright, sunny exteriors. A custom swoosh graphic added movement and softness, suggesting airflow, comfort, and a summer breeze — because the brand needed to feel like a better way to live, not just a better way to wire a house.
